5 Peaks Expedition is a Pakistan-based adventure travel company offering tours, trekking, rock climbing, and mountain expeditions in Gilgit-Baltistan and northern Pakistan.

We operate primarily in Gilgit-Baltistan and northern Pakistan, with on-ground local teams in mountain regions.

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The amount depends on the trip type and duration. Final payment details are shared at booking time.

Tours (Hunza, Skardu, Fairy Meadows, etc.)

Yes. Most of our tour packages are suitable for families. Please inform us in advance if children or elderly travelers are joining.

Some packages include breakfast only, while others may not include meals. Meal details are clearly mentioned in each package.

Yes. All tours can be customized based on:

  • Travel dates

  • Hotel category
  • Transport type

Trekking

It depends on the trek:

  • Easy treks → No experience required
  • Moderate to difficult treks → Prior trekking experience recommended

Basic trekking gear is required. For advanced treks, we will provide a detailed packing list before departure.

Yes. Required trekking permits are arranged by 5 Peaks Expedition.

Expeditions & Rock Climbing

Yes. We organize mountaineering expeditions in the Karakoram and Himalaya ranges.

Yes. Most expeditions require prior climbing or high-altitude experience. Each expedition has specific requirements.

Group equipment may be arranged on request. Personal climbing gear is the responsibility of the participant.

Safety & Health

Yes. Travel and medical insurance is mandatory, especially for trekking and expeditions. Insurance must cover emergency evacuation.

We follow proper acclimatization schedules. However, altitude sickness is a natural risk, and participants must be aware of it.

Weather conditions can cause itinerary changes. Safety always comes first, and routes or schedules may be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations & Changes

Yes, but cancellation terms depend on the trip type. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for details.

Date changes are subject to availability and logistics. We try our best to accommodate changes where possible.

Miscellaneous

No. Visa arrangements are the responsibility of the traveler.

Connectivity is limited in mountain regions. Some areas may have no mobile or internet coverage.

Our team stays in regular contact, and emergency communication options are available depending on location.
