Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before or upon arrival, as agreed.
- All bookings are subject to availability of services such as transport, accommodation, permits, and weather conditions.
Payments
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, cash, or any agreed method.
- Prices may change due to fuel costs, government taxes, permit fees, or currency fluctuations.
- Any additional services not mentioned in the agreed package will be charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
By the Client
- Cancellation timelines and charges depend on the nature of the tour, trek, or expedition.
- Any advance payment made is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, will exclude bank charges and administrative fees.
By 5 Peaks Expedition
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, political situations, or force majeure.
- In such cases, we may offer:
- An alternative itinerary
- A date change
- Partial refund (service-dependent)
Trip Changes & Flexibility
- Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, health issues, or safety reasons.
- Such changes are made in the best interest of safety and logistics.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services caused by itinerary changes beyond our control.
Health & Fitness Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit for the chosen tour, trek, or expedition.
- Any medical condition must be disclosed before booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if a client’s condition poses a safety risk.
Insurance
- All clients must have valid travel and medical insurance covering emergency evacuation, especially for trekking and expeditions.
- 5 Peaks Expedition is not responsible for medical costs, evacuation, or rescue expenses.
Personal Equipment & Belongings
- Clients are responsible for their personal equipment and belongings.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.
Risk & Liability
- Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Altitude sickness
- Weather changes
- Road conditions
- Natural hazards
- By joining a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- 5 Peaks Expedition, its staff, and partners shall not be held liable for injury, illness, accident, delay, or loss beyond our reasonable control.
Local Laws & Conduct
- Clients must respect local laws, customs, culture, and environment.
- Any illegal activity or misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Photography & Media
- We may use photographs or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform us in writing.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
